Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Mush Clothing believes in a customer-first philosophy, owing to that we aim to deliver your products to you in the safest and quickest manner. For the same reason, we partner only with reputed third party courier service providers.
- Shipping within India and U.A.E. is FREE for all PREPAID orders.
- Shipping within India for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have additional charges of INR 100/- per shipment which will be non-refundable in case of order cancellation, order not accepted by customer, undeliverable address or customer return. COD is not eligible for international orders.
- Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. However, ideal delivery time within India is between 3-7 working days and 10-15 working days outside India once the goods are dispatched.
- Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped.
- Please create an unboxing video of the product at the time of receipt. The video will be helpful in case of return of a defective or wrong product.
- Mush Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order or avoid delivering to the customer in uncertain circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 48 hours of placing the order or before the dispatch whichever is earliest and only through email.
- To cancel the order, you can Email Us - care@mushclothing.in (From 10 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Sat) within 48 hours of placing the order. We are closed on Sunday & Bank holidays.
- If the product is already shipped from our end, we cannot accept cancellation for it.
- INR 100/- is not refundable in case of COD order.
RETURN POLICY
We understand that you might have some issues with our product and would wish to return it, don’t worry we have a very flexible return policy in place for any discrepancies that you may face while shopping with Mush Clothing.
- Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment applicable only in India.
- All international orders and not applicable for returns or refund.
- All jewellery orders are not returnable.
- You need to mail your return request at care@mushclothing.in in the return eligibility window along with the unboxing video. Any request received post that will not be entertained.
- You need to send a proper unboxing video of the product in order to get full refund in case of wrong or defective products.
- We've only one time Return or Exchange policy.
- You need to self-ship the return parcel at our given address mentioned below.
- Refund generally takes up to10 days from the date of Return picked up for us to initiate the refund for you. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
- For prepaid orders, refund will be reflected in your original mode of payment. For COD orders, you need to send your bank details along with courier details at care@mushclothing.in once you have dispatched the goods.
- It will take 48 to 96 hours to reflect the return in your bank account.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Mush Clothing.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery and is applicable only for the size change in India. Exchange is not applicable for outside India orders.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
- Please mail us your order no, name, address, number, email on care@mushclothing.in within 7 days of the product being delivered.
- Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order. Once the order is exchanged, it can't be returned.
- We've only one time Return or Exchange policy.
- Reverse pick up is not available and you need to self-ship the product eligible for exchange to our address mentioned below.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging.
All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on care@mushclothing.in along with the unboxing video.
Make sure that the defect is visible in the video. Also, send pictures of the defect on care@mushclothing.in along with your order ID.
Once the complaint is raised, our quality control team will examine the video sent by you to see if the product dispatched by us was actually defective or not. If the defect is not visible in the video, we have full right to reject the claim.
Dispatch the goods only after receiving the confirmation from our end.
TAMPERED DELIVERY POLICY
Mush Clothing uses third party logistics for processing all the orders. In unforeseen circumstances wherein logistics partner refuses to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, Mush Clothing shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.
If Mush Clothing parcel is received in a tampered condition, the customer shall refuse to accept the parcel from the logistics partner.
In case the customer denies receiving the parcel, while the logistics partner shows the parcel to be delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery message. Mush Clothing will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the logistics partner.
Even after sharing POD, if a customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, Mush Clothing can ONLY assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned logistics partner. Mush Clothing would re-fulfil the order ONLY when the logistics partner confirms that the parcel is lost and not delivered to the customer.
- PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India and is also cost effective.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
- If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 48 hours.
